Premae vegan skincare

I have recently been introduced to a brand called Premae. Its a luxury vegan approved skincare line which is was a huge contributing factor in drawing me to the brand. I'm always interested in natural based products and products that can be used on clients that have sensitive skin, allergies or skin irritations. With all the toxins and pollution that we are exposed to on a daily basis, its defiantly a much needed asset to the beauty industry. Its great to see that Premae have gone to great lengths to embrace the ethos of Eco ethical values throughout the brand having won multiple awards. The most resent one being Best Eczema range from Natural Health 2014 Awards

So I was obviously excited to explore the brand myself. I was really impressed with the Balance Rescue Cleansing Gel face wash. It is really gentle on the skin and leaves the skin feeling refreshed and clean.Once the face is wet it becomes a gentle foam. I've been using this cleaning gel on a daily basis and I like how it leaves my skin feeling. I particularly went for Premae's cleansing gel because it contains a natural coconut extract, which for me is the first point of call as coconut is extremely hydrating and a natural anti inflammatory, it not only nourishes but conditions the skin. I liked that my skin didn't feel tight or stripped, which is a feeling you can get some times with harsh face washes. I purchased the 200ml bottle along with the harmony balm online and the service was quick and easy which for me is a must. I will keep you all posted as I try more of this brand as I've spotted that they also do a mattifying mousse foundation which has a cream to powder formula with a large colour spectrum.

Premae can be purchased online at

In the beginning

Lets start from the beginning  before we even think about how to achieve a flawless foundation and looking for that super cute lip gloss or how to contour your face to an inch of reality.  We need to start with the fundamentals of looking after US which entails looking after our skin in the best possible way. Our skin is a huge indicator to overall health and well being. So take the time to pay close attention to what your skin is telling you... I'm going to share some of the skin care products I like to use for both myself and my clients.

beauty boutique-Curlique

Hey guys I've been super busy so have not had the opportunity to stop by, so I just wanted to fill you in on my journey over the past couple of months. Firstly I was blessed enough to work on the Welcome to Canada tour which gave me the chance explore various city's in Canada and what an experience it was. I was inspired by the people, weather and architecture. Have to say I was in LOVE with the style, vibe and energy that Vancouver has to offer.
While in  Downtown Vancouver I took the opportunity to explore the area I came across a stylish "beauty boutique" called Curlique. Curlique have devised a great concept having an educational and retail space all in one place.  It was ultra modern, so I was captivated by the bright lights and buzz so I just had to explore. You can purchase brands like Makeup Forever, Cinema Secrets and Dinair. It was a one stop shop for beauty professionals they also sold an abundance of hair products.

The minute I walked in I was greeted by Jaylene she was experienced and extremely helpful. I was like a kid in a candy store there were products everywhere, of course being the girl I am. I was quickly drawn to the glitters available. Soon after that I found a gem in the corner of the store, in the form of the section devoted to "Kevyn Aucoin". I was extremely excited to have the chance to have a little play. Straight away I had fallen in love with the products. Jaylene advised me on a couple of foundations that would be great for my kit. So as soon as I use them I will give you my verdict. Would definitely love to see an establishment like this closer to home......
